This is the same model as our regular adult top hats, only these hats are slightly flawed. BLACK FELT TOP HAT - 6 inches high COSTUME HAT, made of dura felt, a polyester felt. HAS BLACK SATIN BAND and STITCHED BINDING AROUND EDGE OF BRIM, weights vary slightly 23 INCH CIRCUMFERENCE, INSIDE OVAL IS 8 inches long x 7 inches wide, SLIGHTLY TAPERED AT THE TOP. This is not a plastic hat sprayed with a felt coating. This is a Medium, not L or XL. We do not sell larger sizes.
