Mother Goose Nursery Rhymes

Catriona's Castle's Mother Goose Nursery Rhymes includes costumes for 30 children. Groups of 2-5 children are costumed to perform nursery rhyme vignettes, using fun props, including: 3 fiddles, cuddly spider hand puppet, Jack & Jill's pail, watering can, candlestick, tuffet, Little Boy Blue's horn, cowbell, large soft-sculpture pumpkin (for many in the group to go under), and more.

"Pussycat pussycat, where have you been?" "I've been up to London to visit the Queen." "Pussycat pussycat, what did you there?" "I frightened a mouse under her chair" "MEOWW!"

Karen can come costumed as Mother Goose or as Catriona, the Fairy Godmother

"Little Boy Blue come blow your horn, The sheep's in the meadow, The cow's in the corn, And where's the little boy minding the sheep? He's under the haystack, fast asleep."

The 40-45 minute program (depending on the group of children and how long they can go) includes 12-16 nursery rhymes:

Humpty Dumpty, Old Mother Hubbard, Jack & Jill, Simple Simon, Old King Cole, Mary Quite Contrary, Little Miss Muffet, Peter Peter Pumpkin Eater, Little Boy Blue, Hickory Dickory Dock, Mary Had a Little Lamb, Peas Porridge Hot, Jack be nimble, Baa baa black sheep, Little Bo Peep, Pussycat Pussycat, and Hey diddle diddle.

Perfect for ages 2-3, conducted in a very gentle manner!
